Recurring Payment Authorization
By enabling autopay, I, the account holder, authorize Top Tier Pools LLC to automatically charge the payment card currently on file on my account for:
- All invoices generated for pool services performed at my service address.
- Any outstanding balances that become due on my account.
I understand and agree that:
- Charges will be made when an invoice is marked due or processed by Top Tier Pools.
- I will receive an email receipt after every charge to the email on my account.
- A $5.00 discount per service visit will be applied to your invoice when charged through autopay (e.g. 4 visits in a billing period = $20 off).
- I can cancel this autopay authorization at any time by disabling it in the customer portal or by contacting Top Tier Pools LLC at (470) 598-1562 or info@toptierpools.net.
- Cancellation of autopay does not cancel any outstanding balance owed.
- This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled by me in writing or by notifying Top Tier Pools LLC directly.
